The judge in Donald Trump’s Manhattan criminal case delayed his sentencing until after Election Day, a victory for Trump as he seeks to win back the White House.

Justice Juan Merchan rescheduled the sentencing for Nov. 26. He had previously planned to hand down Trump’s punishment on Sept. 18.
