Sudanese Paramilitary Group Committed Genocide, U.S. Says

The Rapid Support Forces, a group fighting Sudan’s military in a bitter civil war, committed massacres and rape, the U.S. secretary of state said, drawing fresh attention to atrocities in Africa’s largest conflict.
